較早掛兩條杠肩章的飛行員多是空中機(jī)械師，但空中機(jī)械師現(xiàn)升為三條杠。佩戴兩條杠肩章的人員多為FE飛航工程師、空中領(lǐng)航員和報(bào)務(wù)員等工作人員。一般來(lái)說(shuō)飛行員二杠肩章還有單飛過(guò)的、商照的含義。
